Who's ready to smell the wonderful aroma of fresh roasted chiles as it permeates the air in downtown Roswell? You can purchase all sorts of fresh fruits and vegetables, crafts, collectibles, fresh roasted chile and of course the beautiful red ristras from Graves Farm! Why not try making one of your own (we are planning ristra making 101).

What would the festival be without cheese? Take a tour of the Leprino Cheese Plant (be sure to follow the strict dress code). Leprino is the largest employer in Chaves county and their facility is truly amazing. This is a rare opportunity to peek inside the fascinating process it takes to make their products, followed by a delicious taste (can you say pizza?!).

Celebrate our local Southwest Dairy Farmers with fun kids cow crafts and dairy themed contests & drawings! Pick up a free goodie bags from Fair Life Milk (while supplies last). We are currently working on bringing the Mobile Dairy Classroom or Dairy Max traveling dairy museum! Try roping the "steer" or milking a "cow" with free fun hands on activities!

Talented performers will be there to entertain throughout the festival. Stop by and enjoy the shows for free!

This year there will be lots of new and exciting things to see and do! There will be plenty of family fun and food! It's going to be a fun festival!
