| Description: | Please join us at the second annual Milwaukee Wine Festival presented by Harris held at the beautiful Milwaukee Art Museum in downtown Milwaukee WI, August 21, from 4:00PM to 10:00PM and August 22, from 2:00PM to 9:00PM, 2009. The two day festival features more than 200 domestic and international wines from more than 30 exhibitors. The affordable $30 entry fee ($20 in advance) includes a souvenir wine glass, festival program and wine tastings. The $10 designated driver ticket includes all of the activities at the festival with the exception of tastings. The festival includes a seminar stage with cooking demonstrations by some of Milwaukees top chefs. as well as wine seminars presented by the countrys top experts. The festival stage hosts live music throughout the event. There is food available from Milwaukees best restaurants, as well as wine, beer and soft drinks available for purchase. This upscale relaxed festival is designed not only for the novice wine consumer just learning about the world of wine, but also the experienced wine drinker looking for new and exciting brands. Our retail partner Sendiks Food Market will offer a 10% discount on festival wines ordered by phone, fax or the internet. A portion of the proceeds benefits Friends of Art.
